If you have been successful as an Account Executive or Account Manager selling Information Technology Staffing Services (IT Staffing services), Nova Management, Inc. is currently hiring experienced sales professionals. Nova has a number of positions located across the United States.
POSITION DETAILS: IT Staffing Account Executive / IT Staffing Account Manager / IT Staffing Business Developer
Location: Silicon Valley, Washington D.C., Seattle, San Diego
Type: Full Time
Compensation: Salary + Commission
Role & Responsibilities:
• Research and prospect for new clients to sell staffing services and solutions
• Develop relationships with customer technical hiring managers
• Maintain and build relationship with new and existing clients
• Analyze technical business requirements from clients to develop staffing solution
• Work closely with client hiring team to insure recruiting efforts meet client expectations
• Manage and develop relationships with consultants on contract assignments
• Meet revenue and bottom line targets
• Report on daily basis to sales leadership on activities performed and submit weekly sales reports
• Travel to meet clients to help improve business relationships and opportunities
• Work with technical recruiters and coordinate accurate contractor / direct hire recruiting efforts designed to meet client staffing requirements
• Ability of capture specifications for client staffing requirements and verbally / write so that recruiting team is able to intelligently recruit best qualified candidates to meet and exceed customer specifications
Qualifying factors:
• Prior experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager selling IT Staffing
Services
• Prior experience selling directly to technical buyers of IT staffing services and solutions
• Aggressive in nature, consistently meeting sales targets
• Solid understanding of staffing business, sales processes and recruitment processes
• Ability to manage multiple client and contractor relationships
• Strong communication, organizations & presentation skills are essential
• Solid business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset needed
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, as well as critical thinking skills needed
• Ability to execute negotiations with clients and IT contractors
• Able to work independent contributor and also part of a team
Education: Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree, or prior experience will be considered to be
equivalent based on past performance and track record
